Jesaja 9:18

SV	Vanwege de verbolgenheid des HEEREN der heirscharen, zal het land verduisterd worden; en het volk zal zijn als een voedsel des vuurs: de een zal den ander niet verschonen.
WLC	בְּעֶבְרַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות נֶעְתַּ֣ם אָ֑רֶץ וַיְהִ֤י הָעָם֙ כְּמַאֲכֹ֣לֶת אֵ֔שׁ אִ֥ישׁ אֶל־אָחִ֖יו לֹ֥א יַחְמֹֽלוּ׃
Trans.	bə‘eḇəraṯ JHWH ṣəḇā’wōṯ ne‘ətam ’āreṣ wayəhî hā‘ām kəma’ăḵōleṯ ’ēš ’îš ’el-’āḥîw lō’ y^aḥəmōlû:

AC	יח בעברת יהוה צבאות נעתם ארץ ויהי העם כמאכלת אש איש אל אחיו לא יחמלו
ASV	For wickedness burneth as the fire; it devoureth the briers and thorns; yea, it kindleth in the thickets of the forest, and they roll upward in a column of smoke.
BE	For evil was burning like a fire; the blackberries and thorns were burned up; the thick woods took fire, rolling up in dark clouds of smoke.
Darby	For wickedness burneth as a fire: it devoureth briars and thorns, and kindleth in the thickets of the forest, and they go rolling up like a pillar of smoke.
